6 Entities in Yellowstone Country receive Agritourism Grants from MT Dept. of Commerce
Congratulations to six entities in Montana’s Yellowstone Country who received agritourism grants from the MT Dept. of Commerce.
“Commerce’s Agritourism Grants help Montana farmers and ranchers expand operations by developing new or enhancing established agritourism revenue streams, by creating agritourism opportunities with a focus on rural, under-visited and tribal locations, all while generating tourism revenue that will benefit local economies across the state,” said Commerce Director Marta Bertoglio.
Projects awarded grant funds include:
- Belle Farms Montana, LLC, in Bozeman, will receive $8,000 for a retail farm shop.
- Bodhi Farms in Bozeman will receive $10,000 to build a greenhouse.
- Greycliff Creek Stables, LLC, in Big Timber, will receive $8,000 for a ranch u-pick program.
- Mulder Enterprises, LLC, DBA Old Town Farmstand in Three Forks, will receive $9,900 to build a four-season classroom.
- Rathvinden Farm and Sanctuary in Belgrade will receive $10,000 for an agritourism event project.
- Sentinel Ranch Operations, LLC in Roberts will receive $10,000 for an agritourism accessibility and visitor experience enhancement project.
